Each player develops critical sales skills and knowledge while playing the game and having fun competing with other teams. Forty critical competencies in ten stages are taught over the duration of the game. This modular approach allows you to run the entire program in 1 day, over 2 days to focus on key elements, or as part of a new campaign or shift in strategy. Some companies run the program during a sales meeting or company get-together where other departments are included to help build 'inside/outside' cooperation for example. It is a great option to begin the program after dinner during your national sales meeting to get everyone in the sales mood while having fun and competing against each other. The buzz it creates during breakfast the next day is fun to watch as teams try to figure out their strategy to beat their opponents. An in-house program can be organised for 10 or more participants and the modular format can be tailored to your specific needs.
