Each player develops critical sales skills and knowledge while playing the game and having fun competing with other teams. Forty critical competencies in ten stages are taught over the duration of the game. This modular approach helps sales people to learn how to listen and formulate solutions to various problems from a wide range of clients. Participants will also learn the skills needed when presenting to a 'committee' of stakeholders with different needs.

Multi-disciplinary teams with varying needs and priorities require different skill sets from a modern, high performing sales person. The ability to listen and understand is a pre-requisite. But todays lighting customers are also looking for application and solution expertise that brings industry and market insights - not just product knowledge.

Graduates of all three programmes are eligible to take the Canadian Professional Sales Association Certified Sales Professional (CSP) examinations and accreditation. An internationally recognized standard in sales excellence, the Certified Sales Professional designation is how sales professionals can differentiate themselves from others. CSP’s have been tried and tested in the consultative selling method; their goal is to help uncover the needs and issues of clients and assist in developing the optimum solution.
